Iowa New Constitutional Carry / Permitless Carry

Starting today with a mission, unfortunately we met with KMTV 3 News Now on 4/5/2021 about Iowa switching to Constitutional Carry / Permitless Carry, Well what we thought was going to be a decent informative interview (on our end) was actually skewed by KMTV with a bunch of misinformation or lies, I mean have they even read the law? or are they just spitting into the wind? Here is how the law works not the way KMTV thinks it works or the way they say it works, You cannot purchase a gun on a website and aquire it without a background check anyone who has ever purchased a firearm online knows the supplier ships to an FFL where you do your background check and take it home after you are cleared unless you have your Permit, Anyone who has ever purchased a gun from a gun show from a gun show dealer knows you have a background check unless you have a Permit, also Iowa does have private individual gun sales without a background check BUT! When it comes to handguns both parties or atleast the seller is required to check to make sure they have a permit for handguns if not then the sale of handguns cannot take place LEGALLY, Constitutional Carry or Permit less Carry will require a background check FOR EVERY GUN PURCHASE through FFL, ONLINE, GUN SHOW DEALER for those that do not have a permit, meaning more background checks are getting done meaning it will be safer and who does the background check you may ask the NICS system (FBI) yes the FBI also Democrat State Rep. Charlie McConkey you mentioned people need a driver’s license to drive a car and the same should be for a firearm Sorry bud what you deem a privilege is not the same as what we deem a RIGHT.
